1. Patient; Ms. GOK, 36 years old. In her 3rd pregnancy, at the 7th week, she was diagnosed with two dead pregnancies inside the uterus and two live pregnancies outside the uterus (cornual). These pregnancies, called heterotopic pregnancies, occur in 1/30.000. Diagnosing the pregnancy outside the uterus before it ruptured and performing surgery ensured that the patient's fertility was preserved.

Ms. Ö.M., 31 years old. All screening tests were normal and no pathology was detected in the detailed ultrasonography performed at the 22nd week. A 30 mm tumor was detected in the left ventricle of the baby's heart at the 15th week of pregnancy. These tumors are seen in newborn babies at a rate of 2/1000. As a result of advanced examinations, necessary treatment was given.
