Urinary incontinence is a condition in which the urinary bladder loses its ability to hold urine for various reasons, resulting in involuntary leakage of urine. Urinary incontinence complaint temporarily, pregnancy; urinary tract infections; some medications such as heart, blood pressure, muscle relaxants; It may develop due to consumption of products such as alcohol, caffeine, carbonated drinks, and hot spices. It is the most common type of urinary incontinence. It is especially seen in older women. It is seen due to damage to the muscles in the pelvic floor (pelvic floor) due to difficult births and weakening due to age.
  • 'Urge Incontinence' ('Urge' Incontinence) is urinary incontinence that comes with a sudden feeling of urgency. In this case, the bladder contracts against the person's will, resulting in urinary incontinence. With the sudden feeling of urgency, the person leaks urine before reaching the toilet.
  • The third type is 'Mixed Incontinence', where stress and urge incontinence occur together.
